We acquired a competitor, got acquired by Vista Equity, have seen our strategy change several times and a lot of good people have left leaving a void. The sales org is supported and celebrated from the top, but many of the midlevel leaders fall short.

Rough quarter for sales last quarter but company took actual action to improve and meet customer and sales teams’ needs
