We acquired a competitor, got acquired by Vista Equity, have seen our strategy change several times and a lot of good people have left leaving a void. The sales org is supported and celebrated from the top, but many of the midlevel leaders fall short.

Former Employee3.0Dec 2, 2024I worked here for a while. although I learned alot in this role it seemed very political internally for any promotions or bonuses. Instead of considering tenure or performance it was more who could have 1/1 closed door meetings with the managements over there.
