Lack of culture. No sitting CEO, lots of internal churn and restructuring... more to come before 2024 end. Customer churn is insane. I have had ZERO leads within 6 months of being in this role. Many feel targets are not realistic and new reps are paid well below market average for a commercial mid-market role. . . (I'm making $40K less than everyone on my team, because they restructured our comp structure just before I accepted this role)... didn't think it would bother me and the 'Title' would be worth it, but I was wrong. . . . I was making WAY more in SMB, and had a healthy inbound lead flow that allowed me to easily over-performer with my own prospecting efforts.

You can consider yourself lucky if you can work three solid leads each quarter. Outside of that you have to find all of your own opportunities as you do not have BD's supporting you. I recommend Pluralsight as a product but wouldn't recommend it as a place to work. Due to very poor operation team's it's a mess
