Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Plative has very capable salespeople, however, the culture of micromanagement plus a fostered lack of trust and integrity makes it impossible to recommend as a Sales job. Nearly the entire Sales team has turned over in a year and the close rate is less than 30%. These factors are a reflection of a lack of product market fit (from a rate and competition standpoint) and from a culture that pushes for results that are not achievable. There is almost no ramp and no inbound. The role is cultivating accounts with often poor delivery performance and the remaining time building relationships with partners trying to source leads. Self sourced leads are nonexistent.
