The GEC organization within PB lacks direction. According to news reports, it will be sold in the near future. An activist investor started making noise in Nov. 2023, and the environment hasn’t been the same since. The culture officially took a nose dive in June 2023 when the activist investor’s plans began to materialize (layoffs, multiple re-orgs, etc.).

Great people, but the inbound process lacks direction. Seems to be a lack of decision making from leadership to setup team for success.
