There is little no training outside of 15 minute calls with leadership above the SDR managers. There is no onboarding process at all as the only people in the office are SDR's and the rest of the company is remote. The market is brutal (vets) constant no shows and cancellations. The comp plan makes no sense, they set a goal of 15 attended meetings that maybe 2 out of 15 people hit and as long as you book 9 you wont be put on a PiP. $25 dollars a meeting from 1-9, then $50 a meeting for 9-15. Absolutely laughable. Culture is terrible, one of the managers is "scared to see his co-workers outside of work" and adamantly asked us not to talk to him if we see him outside of work.... talk about a culture-vulture.
