My experience has been very positive. I think prior to my start there were a lot of improvements to be made, and those were clearly taken care of. It’s a steep learning curve and I was a little overconfident but now I’m doing well. Inbound is very solid and outbound is a work in progress. I love my team and my manager and our department is super transparent which is really nice.

Every single rep that PDL hired or promoted in 2022 has either been fired or has left voluntarily. In 3 years, i have never seen a rep consistently reach goal

Solid comp but extremely hard to sell here because the data always comes back bad when prospects test it. Also terrible training. Seeing how many reps have left in the last 5 months says it all.
