How would you rate the sales leadership team at PayPal in terms of their coaching and development skills? Based on your experience with their leadership, would you recommend working in sales at PayPal?

You'll gain technical knowledge around payments and APIs etc.. but nobody has accused PayPal of being a place with a strong Enterprise sales approach, methodology or coaching.
fairly mediocre in my experience, but i'm sure it varies

Agreed with the other comments, the training can be really good, you can ask for extra one on one development, we are always using Masterclass, doing courses (such as learning about financial statements), and a lot of call listening via a tool called Gong.

I’m a sales leader at PayPal. I have development plans for my reports and work closely with them on progressing careers and career capital. I make my own development plan every year and have never had a leader that has worked with me on my development. It’s a coin flip. I’d recommend working here.

they have very good training and are always looking for ways to give sessions and coaching. They are very good when it comes to developing their reps. The leaders I had were very good and always there to help or improve on things. So 0 complaints on training, coaching, and developing your skills
