Good company, a lot of potential to do well. They have done a good job overall eliminating the leaders who were not a good fit. This review is strictly prior to the acquisition. Unsure how things will change post Paychex coming in.

Leadership was only interested in driving the stock price for their exits. Culture thin deep and if you worker for the wrong leader, you were in trouble. I was a multiple club winner as a seller and leader but was forced out of the company.

Good experience so far. It's a closing role. A lot of these not so good reviews come from reps who struggle to book their appointments and struggle with their sales process. Master your craft and you will succeed at any HR SaaS company.
