Paycom is intense and very fast paced. It’s a great product. The culture is a bit toxic and they definitely push everyone to the extreme to bring in revenue yesterday.

Great Pay, Great commission structure, everything else is brutal, crazy hours in the office, early mornings late nights, their turnover rate is beyond scary for a reason. On average most reps last between 6-9 months and then quit or get fired. There are a few who make it but wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
