What I also appreciate is the entire organizations number one priority is customer success which starts on the sales side and carries through implementation and long term support.

Micromanaging occurs daily and no one gets room to breathe. Missing meeting KPIs can and will get you fired. Great place to learn, bad place to stay long term.
