Current Employee The industry is changing and they are not doing enough to truly understand the customer and what to do to get ahead of their needs to position the company in a place for growth. Constantly playing catch up and defending market share. Aging service department. Manufacturing partners maintain most of the control while outsourcing the sales process to Patterson. Shrinking margins in a race to the basement serving customers who’s business model is almost bulletproof and sees supplies as a cost instead of an investment in next months production.
