Former Employee Working at Pattern offers exposure to a unique product market fit and innovative services, but the internal culture leaves much to be desired. Promotions and recognition are largely based on popularity rather than merit, making it difficult for those not part of the inner circle to succeed. Leadership tends to prioritize personal relationships over performance, and diversity and inclusion efforts are lacking. Even high performers often leave or are let go if they aren't willing to engage in the popularity contest, which overshadows the company's otherwise strong market positioning.
