What started as fun startup culture has evolved into a toxic sales environment where very few meet their true potential. The wrong attitudes are rewarded and only those who game the system get ahead. Pantheon’s demise has little to do with macro economic headwinds, poor leadership will reduce this company to nothing.

The company has struggled over the past year with multiple rounds of layoffs. At this point, I would advise to stay away as the entire sales org is struggling to hit quota.
