Terrible company. RUN FOR THE HILLS! Just trust me. They think they are very smart and know everything about selling in America, yet none of them grew up there. When you suggest how to fix them it is ignored and then you get yelled at why things haven't changed.

Leadership does not respect, value or support sales. Internal processes are harder to deal with than selling to a prospect. Incentive package is not aligned with the behavior management desires.
