PPG Automotive Refinish is an established business unit. As a rep, you'll start with a very solid customer network plus jobbers that will partner with you to sell. However, women still aren't welcome in this circle. Unless you're a woman familiar with the industry or grew up in car culture, this will be a tough place to work.
