Current Employee Neil, the CEO, may come across as nice, but this is far from the truth.
He has a history of firing salespeople. The co-founder, Segev, left due to the toxicity in the company. Neil has gone through more sales leaders than Tiger Woods has gone through golf clubs.
The product often breaks, and don't be fooled—the Go-To-Market strategy is like a revolving door. They just completed another round of layoffs, which I believe is the second this year.
They will sell you a dream, but it's important to be aware of the reality.
If you look at the old leadership, VIPs no longer last more than a year and a bit.
