Total base for *this role* is easily 30-50% below market, and OTE is similar (and capped). BDMs are on a separate comp plan - low on base, but heavier on incentive. Org is maturing from purely transactional to include solutions/services, right now that is only ~25% of the capability. Actively adding infrastructure some new tools, and upgraded benefits in 2022. Current model is staff-aug at its core vs services, so this will be a challenge in penetrating enterprise accounts where strong MSP/VMS are in place.

Good potential to earn commission, but very long ramp up time (1 year+). Base salary is not competitive for Ireland nowadays at 34K. CRM system is archaic. Remote working flexibility is being reduced as fast as possible. Little to no actual sales training, when there is training it's extremely basic (i.e. wear a shirt during virtual meetings...)
