Overall experience was poor due to territory structure and poor management. Territory boundaries are not rigid, accounts are cherry picked by senior reps regardless of the geography, and inequitable allocation of HOPD accounts per territory, Payor mix in territory is what ultimately determines your success. Haven’t been here long enough to really know the bad parts, but base comp is great, and the earning potential is there after promotion. Leadership seems decent. Training was pretty wild.
