Overall experience was poor due to territory structure and poor management. Territory boundaries are not rigid, accounts are cherry picked by senior reps regardless of the geography, and inequitable allocation of HOPD accounts per territory, Payor mix in territory is what ultimately determines your success. Urban geographies are less likely to succeed due to high Medicaid population.

Haven’t been here long enough to really know the bad parts, but base comp is great, and the earning potential is there after promotion. Leadership seems decent. Training was pretty wild. Good Earning potential but it comes with sacrifice. Many private practices who purchase you product at high volume are subject to Medicare RAC audits which will cripple their practice. A lot of “Me Too” Products have entered the market, but Organo’s products remain best in class. However the products with the most efficacy do not have favorable reimbursement.
