Great Experience, Loved the culture and the Team I was a part of. Field marketers and Sales teams work closely with each other which is great. It is a hot market so bring your A game. Unfortunately you really do not have a voice at the company. We know that there is a major issue and the executives are not addressing it or resolving it. Which is frustrating. They blame other parties. Only thing i think needs to be fixed.

BDR management is excellent -- team culture and leadership are top notch on the BDR team. But growth and career development are lacking significantly -- especially the transition to AE roles. Poor leadership and culture. Changed leadership 3 times in a year. It is difficult to raise issues as they get dismissed and management changes. Toxic environment. Would not reccomend even though salary might potentially be decent.
