Great company culture, strong product and a lot of growth in the company. They are making it extremely difficult to pay your commission by imposing unrealistic contingencies. KPIs have been getting more unrealistic for years, which translate to eligibility for commission (25% of threshold). C-Suite need to fix this or people will leave.

Good company, good product, lots of development and becoming the true market leader. Market demand can vary, it's not a must-have product so that can be challenging when companies are making hard decisions.
