Initially was good culture, everyone working as a team. Structural changes and a lot of movement has meant people feel unsure and this is reflected in the teams performance. Thus resulting in tighter more micro management.

Lots of promises little delivery. Very good commission structure. Pay rises very poor. Lots of change at the moment, hopefully for the better. Some very good leaders on the ops and finance side.
