Leadership will always go above and beyond to help make sure we are being supported to succeed. Year-round, there is a support system in place to ensure each SDR gets the attention they deserve. Operatix is an exciting place to work and the culture is a very high-energy environment. Leadership at Operatix is always willing to accommodate to make sure employees are taken care of. It is also a great place to learn and seriously develop amazing skills.

You work as a consultant for different SaaS base companies. Commission is very skimpy imo. You have to hit a certain amount of meeting sat before even getting commission. For example if your one off from "threshold" for the month you don't get paid commission for any of the meetings. Commission per meetings are not even three figures. Good job for a college kid.
