Reading about the recent layoffs here and further negative reviews on Glassdoor.  Have things improved at all and are sellers now allowed to sell the full platform and suite of products?

Left onetrust about 8 months ago now. Hearing it's not gotten better. You can sell everything but quotas are unattainable, no discounting levers, poor implementation. Lots of competition now in the space with cheaper solutions. Good luck!

Left a few months ago. Not a great place to work, leadership is disconnected from boots on the ground. The core suite of products are strong, but the other areas the sell into are bottom tier at best.

I've been here for over 18 months on the US sales team and things are A LOT better than that were even 9 months ago. Sellers are encouraged to sell the full platform, and in fact that is a desirable trait we're looking for in new sales hires by having someone who has that prior experience.

People that have been there for 5 years are still leaving. I can't speak to what all they can sell but last I heard, they could only sell their part of the portfolio.

There haven't been any more layoffs since June 2022. That said, not many US sellers were part of the layoffs in 2022. Sellers are allowed to sell the full platform. All account executives partner with an Offering Specialist *OS, which assists in the sale of a solution outside of the privacy platform Account Executives own. Both AE and OS are paid commission and the quota is retired from closing a sale.

You can support the pros or cons pretty equally here.  A lot of change in the last year and a half, new management coming in, can sell the full suite of products now, but there’s still certainly some growing pains. People on my team are doing pretty well and concerns are finally being addressed.
