It was a challenging sales job as we had no contracts in place and was a distant 3rd in market share but My overall experience was good.

Overall a decent to company to be working for. Earnings are more tied to variable comp plus overage. Upside is there is a comp floor. Company seems to be trying to pivot to incentivize growth areas, but have completly pulled earnings from run rate business which is not acceptable in a transition state. The organisation is lagging behind on advanced product technology and competition is leveling up.

They have cut the compensation in the past 3 years and the morale is low. The reps are unmotivated working for less. Leadership is trying to make the company look profitable by lowering compensation and they are losing interest from a lot of tenured, talented reps.
