Probably the worst cultural organisation I've ever experienced. Absolutely awful and terrible 'leadeeship', actually a joke they call themselves that. They have no interest whatsoever in the customer. The only thing they care about is the signature and they will bully the sales team to hound the customer to sign. Rely on the awful tactics of dropbthe price on the last day of the month.

Good place to work however pretty low base salary. No real Development plan. Pretty high attrition.

Going to okta was a huge mistake. I constantly wonder where I went wrong/how I got here. Lots of sales reps were promised a lot of things but it’s worse than you can imagine. Little to no money being made, very sparse opportunity. You’re lucky to sell a 4k true up.
