Current Employee3.3Jun 11, 2024Not a bad company to work for. Managing 3rd party shipping is a pain in the butt. Low yielding commission structure only pays bonuses quarterly. Not very high quota attainment. Definitely more of a farmers role than a hunters role

Current Employee2.3Oct 25, 2023The job itself is low stress. KPI’s are manageable and bonus is uncapped. We need a minimum of 90% attainment to receive a 70% pay out. Hitting 100% takes a fair amount of luck as accounts are often moved, removed, added to a book of sale. This makes it extremely hard to forecast where ur attainment is.
