Current Employee At the end of the day this company is for people who understand the copier business and know how to sell them. It is NOT for a new grad whatsoever. Training does not exist at this company and even the people who have worked here for a long time or have been in the copier space for 20+ years don't hit quota. Its a company that sets quota and activity goals abnormally high to put pressure on you to do more.
