Overall started off well but quickly became a toxic sales environment. There have been over 10 reps fired before the 1st year mark for not "Meeting standards". The growth peak from the company was in 2020-22 and competitors have jumped up and made selling difficult

While the overall market we are selling into is challenging, generating inbound leads and opportunities may be the most significant obstacle. The expectation for AEs is to not only manage and close deals but generate pipeline, be involved with acct mgmt, travel 2x monthly does add it up.

Solid Team. Company should have sold in 2021, but instead raised with the market and tried to move laterally into Mortgage. Company growth is stagnant and the reps have a lot of work from decisions leadership has made
