Decent company, leadership is ok. Base salary a little low compared to competitors, but commission structure is pretty competitive. Takes time to build up pipeline

Ballooned during covid and took advantage of price gouging, it caught up to them and they laid a lot of people off bc they couldn't afford it anymore. Office was full of micromanagement.
