Scale up organisation struggling to find its niche in the market. Whilst the product has a great deal of potential, there is still a to of work to be done from marketing and leadership to drive a real GTM

Overall the odilo was a very turbulent place to work at. They were still working out the market fit and had extremely aspirational targets. The place was a revolving door for all commercial roles. Overall, a very stressful and dissapointing experience.
