This is one of the strongest products I’ve ever sold. However, sales leadership is micromanaging, and doesn’t allow reps to act freely to hit goals. Senior leadership of the entire org is highly inexperienced and focused more on favoritism and advancing friends over hiring external talent to help scale the company. Marketing team has a hard time improving and offers very little in the way of inbound leads. Comp is non-competitive to others in the space.
