This company has poor leadership and culture. They expect you to do 5 people’s job in one for the same pay. They give you outdated sales tools that are difficult to use. The CRM is awful and you can’t send emails out of it.

Not an easy job and it can feel like you have never done enough even when you are a top performer. they will lean on the top performers as usual but leadership and management don't have the skills to motivate and assist as they mainly look at numbers on a spreadsheet instead of in field dynamics etc

Ok but not great. Still very much white male bro culture and the top accounts have been held by reps who have been in the messy/tv business for years. Commission is low and if your client doesn’t pay you’re out of luck and they won’t do anything to help you. There is much competition in the digital ad sleeve and linear television is not what it used to be.
