Not an easy job and it can feel like you have never done enough even when you are a top performer. they will lean on the top performers as usual but leadership and management don't have the skills to motivate and assist as they mainly look at numbers on a spreadsheet instead of in field dynamics etc

Definitely in need of generational turn over, overall work life balance is very good.
