My experience was neither good nor bad. The product is amazing, but the market is very oversaturated. Leadership is inexperienced and I did not receive the training that I needed to succeed in my role.

Pros: Great teammates and vibe in the office Great product Great compensation and very flexible with PTO Cons: Training for reps could be streamlined more, but that's to be expected from a startup Clunkiness in lead generation (duplicates, existing customers etc.)

Great pay and earning potential. Surround by great reps but management is very cutthroat culture and you’re treated as a number. Guy was fired for not hitting his activity metrics (even though he hit his meetings qualified quota) after coming back from mourning his baby who had passed away.
