Guy was fired for not hitting his activity metrics (even though he hit his meetings qualified quota) after coming back from mourning his baby who had passed away.

High stress, pressure, and too few leads to make up for super high quotas. Top reps are fed based on past performance from previous companies, not current performance. Not a level playing field.
