My overall experience was good, sales managers seemed torn between putting in time to develop talent and PIPing members to hit their own quota.

My experience was neither good nor bad. The product is amazing, but the market is very oversaturated. Leadership is inexperienced and I did not receive the training that I needed to succeed in my role.

My overall experience wasn't the best, but also wasn't the worst. They fired the enablement team so there isn't much training or structure.

My overall experience was negative. Leadership from the top is pretty focused on in office, boiler room culture. High stress, pressure, and too few leads to make up for super high quotas.
