My overall experience at NetSuite is positive, but I wouldn't recommend for someone who isn't up for a challenge / pure hunting role. Takes 1-2 years to get your TAL established, and even then, hitting quota is a major challenge. Things like inheriting accounts, manager favor, luck with BDRs, IB leads can make your year.. problem is you don't control alot of those aspects so it's really just a grind. But money is great when you're killing it (:

Terrible experience working on the Account Management team. I've been in SaaS for almost 9 years and this is probably the worst role I've been in. There are also monthly quotas which is wild. If you're really hurting for a role and need something then you should join NetSuite, if you're not in that position I'd recommend you look elsewhere. Oh, and they raised quotas...Read More
