The bdr organization was a mess. Little opportunity to move up and no roadmap to work towards. They didn’t pay us our full commission checks when the sales team wasn’t hitting their numbers. I learned a lot and the trainings are valuable. Overall there was little to no process from the hiring teams- lack of diversity as well. When you interview internally and ask for feedback you are met with “you did great but try again” Direct managers were good. Work life balance is great. You just may be stuck in the org for longer than anticipated.

Overall experience is that we've been swallowed by Oracle, and as a new business rep we now compete against eachother rather than help eachother. 60-100 reps covering a generic territory vs having specific regions to attack.

No opportunities for promotion, inbound is not even inbound its people googling our competitors or downloading random business guides. Everyone is stuck and bored or leaving.
