How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

The interview process is longer. You’ll talk to a recruiter, then a hiring manager. After the hiring manager you will talk to a VP/RVP. From there you will do a presentation for a panel. If presentation goes well you will then have conversations about base/variable negotiations. Then it’s about a 2 week period to get the offer.

I interviewed multiple times, first manager ended up moving forward with an internal candidate. Each time I had to start the process over. The recruiters are awesome though!

Received a LinkedIn DM from one of the sales managers, and we set up a first call from there. Had a very informal intro conversation with him, and from there we set up a more formal interview. 
He emailed me a 4 page questionnaire that made you go in depth on your current sales process and how you operate as a rep. During the follow-up call, we ran through my answers and compared them to how a rep at NetSuite would operate. After that, set up a standard interview call with a SVP. After the SVP call, had one more final interview with the hiring manager. After that final call, was asked to officially apply for the job and spoke to a recruiter about salary requirements. The hiring manager asked for references, and received an offer after he spoke to one of them. It was a lengthy process, but also pretty straightforward and refreshingly informal.
