Current Employee The culture here is unmatched. The onboarding process is designed to set you up for success and give you a great understanding of the platform prior to meeting with any customers. Marketing does a phenomenal job driving inbound leads. You can hit roughly 75% of your quota off of those leads. The remaining 25% needs to be done via outbound channels and that trips up some of the reps. But if you're willing to work and do your job requirements, it's not too hard to hit quota.
