Neon is a great place to begin your tech sales career. The product is a need-to-have and the company spends a lot on marketing. Since the sales team is mediocre, you'll be able to stand out easily and get promoted to AE (referred to as TSMs internally) easily.

Neon offers a very flexible work environment that allows for a strong work/life balance. The environment is low stress for a SaaS company as well.
