Since then, quotas up, and compensation structure has changed to limit pay out. 20%+ price increase on the product. Overall, still a positive company to work for but culture and pay has been diminished since the buy out.

Leadership is great when you hit your number, but can be micromanagy if not. Lots of great people which is why we put up with some not optimal policies and red tape.
