Model seems to be bring on junior professionals into SDR role, then promote to manager or AM in 6 to 12 months (they typically jump w/in 1yr, or let go if not meeting new expectations) .
Senior sales people/experienced professionals (>10yrs) haven't been hired in 2023 (almost none in 2022),2 rounds of layoffs in 2023 & slicing down/reducing employee headcount continues in the fall without new hiring.
New CCO hired fall 2023, New job posting out for US VP, so rebuilding the team. In the process, messing up in-flight sales and customer relationships with the company. Browse Other Reviews
