Heavy drinking culture. Sales team feels like an old school boys club. Expected to work Sundays away from family once a quarter for the "offsite" that's positioned as a reward. High pressure sales and point blame on AE's instead of management and TAM. Had layoffs and all female sellers were let go.

Awesome company & great product, but there's a limited TAM as they only sell to B2B businesses and, on top of that, the website personalization / optimization market is fairly saturated. That said, Mutiny is far and away the best product on the market and there's a world-class group of people supporting it + their clients

Overall experience was pretty good! Immediate leadership was phenomenal, culture was spectacular, and overall group of people was incredible to work with. Unfortunately execs decided to do an out of the blue lay off and let go of the whole BDR team, several AE's and a few others.
