MuleSoft is still doing well and growing. The culture is strong and feels separate from Salesforce while still having pretty solid collaboration with Core teams.

Mulesoft SMB has become a rather toxic enviroment. The top performers are often in "lucky" patches and can earn a lot, while others struggle with little support. There is a ton of reliance on Salesforce counterparts which make it difficult to run your own business.

Everything good about Mulesoft from when they were independent is gone. R&D hasn't kept up with pure-play vendors, which are more straightforward to use and manage. Poor leadership with a strong bias towards people who transfer in from other Salesforce BUs. They offer high OTEs, but very few hit their number by design, as the territories have been cut back too far...Read More
