My overall experience was very good, great people, sales-led culture and excellent pay if you hit your OTE. It's not pretty if you miss your quarterly numbers, make sure you plan ahead to either fix it quickly or get out.

MuleSoft was an amazing business that was hyper successful. Unfortunately the people that built the business into a success are no longer there and it’s lost DNA.

Good to date, onboarding has been messy and not really relevant. Could do with more on the job training. A big part of your job is building relationships with other AE's in Salesforce who think they own accounts.
