My overall experience was mitigated. Morgan Stanley is a great place to work at with a lot of opportunities for professional development and to work on important transactions. However, the work life balance is poor.

My overall experience was solid. Incentives were somewhat lacking, which is why I ultimately sought an alternative position with another company. The base pay was good and the professional development were there, however, the earning potential was limited in my eyes.
