Sales organization trying to figure itself out. very long sales cycles. unclear GTM strategy and vision. Product disconnected from market needs. very challenging to close business.

Overall my experience has been pretty meh. The product is good. Visionary Sr. Leadership. Operationally confusing and muddled. Poor compensation.

They have completely lost their way. Senior leadership and BOD have squandered and potentially destroyed a company that had tones of potential. No one seems to have answers to fix some very fundamental problems that are dragging this company down.
